Event on World Health Day 
Event – East Or West Health Is The Best organized on World Health Day. Event organized by Deepshikha Mahila Bal Utthan Samiti and Deepshikha’s Compucord. Event organized at Kiran Nursing Home, Hatwara Road, Jaipur. Students of Deepshikha’s Compucord and Kiran ITI College participated in the Event.
Dr. Kiran Prajapati – President of Deepshikha Mahila Bal Utthan Samiti told that the theme of the Event this year is Food Safety means how we can maintain nutritious value of the food. She told that we should eat food having vitamins, minerals, proteins, fiber and fat.
India’s favourite Motivational and Corporate Trainer- Shikhar Prajapati also gave Healthy Living Tips-
• Take proper nutritious diet including fibers, grains, vegetables and fruits
• Avoid Junk Food
• Avoid excess use of oily food, sugar and salt
• Exercise Daily
• Take time to be with Nature
• Relax the body with Meditation and Yoga
• Wash the hands before and after the meals
• Take the Dinner before 2 hours of sleep
• Sit comfortably while eating and chew the food properly
• Drink atleast 10 -1 2 glasses of water daily
• Quit tobacco, tobacco products and smoking
Kiran ITI College Faculty- Mr. Rinku Mathuria also told about the tips to keep body fit and active.
